Cheri began her Real Estate career in 1997 as a primary listing agent for two new construction subdivisions. In 2001 she expanded into previously owned homes and land with the primary goal of 100% client satisfaction.  Cheri co-founded Preferred Properties in 2015 and is the Owner and Managing Broker. Cheri lives in Manhattan, MT with her husband and has two children, both graduates of Montana State University. With over 20 years of experience Cheri’s main goal is to build customer relationships and help clients find their perfect home or property.

Carlton is a longtime Gallatin Valley resident who moved to the area in 1994 to attend MSU. He received both a Bachelors degree and Certificate of Applied Science in Residential Building Performance from MSU he decided to take his knowledge and became a Realtor.

Sheela Beardsley is a longtime Broker in Montana and has lived in both Billings and Bozeman. She is married with two daughters, and currently resides in Belgrade where she enjoys camping and the great outdoors.
